Shipping policy

Shipping
To return a product after approval from SWS, registered mail your product to: 

Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs returning item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund due to a faulty product, the freight cost of returning shipping will be deducted from your refund. Copy of postage receipt must be provided.

Depending on customers location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive, may vary. 

Requirement for shipping is the customers responsibility to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item therefore SWS don't hold responsibility for lost items being returned. 

Warranty Shipping
All warranty shipping is responsibility of the customer.
