Summer Winter Scene would like you to be happy with the purchases that you make. As a consumer you are entitled to a replacement or refund for any faulty products.

Product Returns & Exchanges

For all refunds/exchanges please contact our customer service team via email at swsbodyboarding@live.com with your order number, full name and shipping address. SWS would like you to be happy with the purchases that you make. As a consumer you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced by the supplier/brand if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. All returns must be received within quoted time frame of the supplier/brand/products individual policies purchase date. Gift cards can not be returned and are not redeemable for cash. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our team. Please ensure all items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original, unworn condition. Including tags, boxes, casing, etc. We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements. Final Sale items can not be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty or approved by SWS management.

For a refund due to faulty item:

Contact MUST be made to SWS for instructions where to ship items for inspection. Depending if the item/s are faulty from the store of purchase or manufacturer as to where it will need to be posted.

Warranty is only available to the original purchaser. 

You pay to return the item to us or manufacturer. After assessment if deemed faulty SWS will offer refund to the original purchaser. 

Please note no refunds on sale items or decals.

You pay to return the item to us. We’ll refund the full item amount. $0 handling fee. Please note no refunds on sale items or decals. For Items purchased in store SWS require proof of purchase and approval from a manager.

Cancellations

By Us:

We reserve the right not to provide product or services, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email from us. It will explain the reasons for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any order we cancel. Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reprocessed and must be submitted again via the Website.

Where you have provided a contact phone number with your order, we may try to contact you by phone to discuss your options.

By You:

Once an order has been submitted by you it cannot be cancelled, unless the order has not been dispatched from our distribution centre. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact our customer service team immediately and provide them with your order number and the details of your requested instructions. We will use reasonable endeavors to accommodate your request however cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Returns and Exchanges (see below). Retailers are not legally obligated to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. However, SWS have their own policies to assist with customers product exchange or store credit as a goodwill gesture.

Where you cancel an order and we provide you with a refund, we will reduce your refund by AU$10 to cover our administrative costs.
